My work featured in MOYO!

Something amazing happened this week, I was featured in my first magazine (hopefully the first of many) Moyo (issue 5) along side many talented artists. 

To say I'm chuffed is an understatement and I still can't believe they picked me!!

Tigerprint Competition

It's been a while since my last post, so I just wanted to let you know what I've been up to...

I have recently entered a competition at Tigerprint to design a black & white pattern. Theres only one more week to the final closing date so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I thought I'd go for 2 different looks as I'm still experimenting;

What I've been up to today...

I can't believe I'm posting my second blog already, I might even manage a few a week at this rate but don't hold me too it...

Well, my little girl's been packaged off to Grandma & Granddad's for the night, not only do I get a lay-in tomorrow morning, it also give me a chance to do a bit of designing today and this is what I've been up to:

Welcome to my first post - if you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always got!

My friends & family have been telling me for months (if I'm honest it's more like 2 years...) to get a blog to show my work & various crafty things I have made over the years. So I decided today was the day. 

I'm dedicating this post, the first of many I hope, to all the people who like myself have been be meaning to set up a blog but just haven't got round to it yet. 

(a quick secret for all those people, it's honestly not as bad or complicated as I thought it would be, but then I am still trying to get my head around a few things)
